At Circle of Friends Child Development Center, we know that high-quality care begins with an empowered, inspired team. If you're looking for a meaningful career in early childhood education, one that supports your growth and values your voice, you’ve come to the right place.

Circle of Friends Child Development Center has been part of the Fairfield, CA community since 2001, welcoming children from birth through age five into safe, joyful, and enriching learning environments.
Founded by early childhood educator and Executive Director Rose Thomas, Circle of Friends began in her living room with just two children, her cousins, and has since grown into a thriving, multi-site preschool rooted in compassion, inclusion, and developmental best practices.
Today, we offer both private and state-funded early education programs, including the California State Preschool Program (CSPP) and support through the California Department of Social Services (CDSS).

Our approach is grounded in relationship-based teaching, trauma-informed care, and play-based learning, all guided by developmentally appropriate practice. We proudly reflect the rich diversity of our community and work in close partnership with families to help every child feel seen, heard, and supported.
At Circle of Friends, we’re more than a center; we’re a place where educators feel empowered, families feel welcomed, and children thrive.
At Circle of Friends, our mission is to provide a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can reach their full potential, and that starts with the adults in the room.
